The Healthy Shopper's Picks for Spring 2014

If you remember from my post last year I mentioned that the Healthy Shopper usually picks some highlights products twice a year. The latest picks for organic foods for Spring 2014 are finally here. All the products have been picked for some healthy alternatives to popular foods that my not be as healthy. The Healthy Shopper encourage Canadians to avoid the "Scary 7" ingredients which are High-fructose corn syrup, Trans fats, MSG, Artificial sweeteners, Artificial colours, Artificial flavours and Preservatives. I feel safe to use any of the picks from the Healthy Shopper for my family. :)

Ok, let's check out what they are for this Spring 2014!

The forth, last but not least, is Earth Balance Buttery Spreads and Nut Butters. These ones are really yummy! They are our family favorite for this picks.
