After 2 and a half months, I think we are doing better. I started to understand his schedule better. Wake, eat, play, cry and sleep. His congestion during the night time is better too. We feel that he doesn't have it as bad as before. I hope he does do better not only we feel because we got used to it. lol We were wondering and stay up late just to make sure that he is still breathing.
We are survive so far. His weight has been up and down. It does drop sometimes and then we caught it and try to fatted him up again.
We still waiting for his heart surgery. He has AVSD which means he need to have a surgery done with patches to separate the top 2 chambers of the heart, separate the bottom 2 chambers of the heart and make 2 reasonably functioning valves from the one large atrioventricular valve. The operation is done through a median sternotomy incision. I am so glad that I have good Biology background.
We are so thankful that he can nurse very well since he was born. His hearing test as well, after the 3 test, we finally got the result back that he can hear very well both ears! Praise the Lord.
