I got to try many NuNaturals products. One of them that I just used for my family lunch today is NuStevia Reb99 Pure Extract Powder 1 oz. It is a pure extract of the Stevia plant. I usually cook our family meals without sugar but sometimes my food doesn't taste right. So today I substitute sugar with NuStevia instead. My husband said it taste really good!
Came with all these products, I also got great healthy recipes that I can use NuNatural products with. There are many of them that I think I could turn them into a recipe book. However I used Lemon NuStevia Liquid, 2 oz. bottle with one of my favorite recipe, Yogurt Cake.
1 cup butter, softened
1/2 cups white sugar
1 teaspoon lemon extract
2 1/4 cups Gluten free all-purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt 1 (8 ounce) container lemon flavored yogurt
6 drops Lemon NuStevia Liquid
1.Preheat oven to 325 degrees F (165 degrees C). Grease and flour a 10 inch bundt pan. Mix together the flour, baking soda and salt. Set aside.
2.In a large bowl, cream together butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Beat in the eggs one at a time, then stir in the lemon extract. Alternately beat in the flour mixture and yogurt, mixing just until incorporated.
3.Pour batter into a 10 inch Bundt pan. Bake in the preheated oven for 60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center of the cake comes out clean. Allow to cool 10 minutes in the pan, then turn out onto a wire rack and cool completely.
My cake turn out really good. I actually baked this recipe for my husband birthday this year and everyone loves it. I am sorry that I didn't have a chance to take a picture. As some of you may know that I just got back from the hospital with our new born baby. The cake went fast and I didn't have a chance to bake another one yet.
