Gift Guide: LeapPad XDi Ultra Learning Tablet #Review #GiftGuide

LeapPad is the number one educational toy that I chose for my children. Since my daughter turned 3 this year, I have been looking for toys that could help her learn easily and have fun at the same time.

I have been wanting to get my daughter a tablet, but just did not find the right one until I came across LeapPad XDi. Compared to the LeapPad 2, LeapPad 3, LeapPad XDi ultra has a bigger screen, higher resolution and has a bigger memory, (8 GB).

7" Hi-Res Tablet, Kid-Tough, Personalized Learning, Kid-Safe Web and Packed with fun.

There are a lot of apps, eBooks, Videos and Music available.

The LeapPad XDi also has a Hi-Res Experience, Personalized Learning, Kid-Tough and is Educator Approved. It comes with 2 cameras, video recorders and a built-in rechargeable battery.

This is what you will see when you turn it on.

It also has a neat stylus pen that is tucked away on one of the corners. At first, I thought it would be difficult for my daughter to use because she is left handed. Well, not need to worry, the tablet screen will flip in any direction so that my daughter can use it with her left hand easily.

Remember I wrote that it's kid-tough? My daughter already dropped it from our kitchen table twice and it is still work perfectly fine.

  2. I wish we had these when my children were small. They're fun as well as educational.

  3. My son has an older model LeapFrog tablet & we'd love to upgrade to the new xDi Ultra version. I do agree that it is durable; ours has been dropped MANY times & the case/screen have held up well. Leapfrog makes great quality products for kids (and educational, too!)
