Winter is here and the sunshine has gone shorter during the day. This means we have less chance to get enough vitamin D which could effect the calcium levels in our blood. I am expecting and I know that calcium is very important for me and my little baby as well.
Kellogg's would like to help Canadians get enough sunshine vitamin by adding vitamin D to many of Classic Kellogg's brands. I learn that a half cup of milk with a serving of Kellogg's cereals with vitamin D can provides up to 45 per cent of the recommended daily intake of the essential nutrient.
I love that my family enjoy these cereal every morning and on top of that, they will get extra vitamin D that we need specially this time of the year.
Thank you Kellogg's.
